Various method of payment acceptance
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
We also accept payment via “cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.
For certain categories with high value items , only Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking options are available.
Secure your shop online using Debit card or Credit Card
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So it is very secure mode of payment.
Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase procedure
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product. However there is non refundable convenience charge for it but this charge is not applicable for prepaid orders.
Limit for Cash On Delivery purchase?
This option is avail us for purchases up to a limit of Rs. 20,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard.
Also If COD option is not available on your address you have to opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don’t have a Net Banking or Debit Card option please ask your bank for issuing Debit Card/Credit Card .
No hidden charges
There are no any types of hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Shopbuycart. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
Failure of payment
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, then contact to your Bank. You can email us on care@Shopbuycart or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.
COD availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
We also restrict Cash on Delivery facility for certain customers based on our long-term experience. To know more, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Making Order at Shopbuycart is very easy. To Place your first order at Shopbuycart Just select the items you want to buy, enter your shipping address and payment information and we book your order.

In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@Shopbuycart with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
Delivery of my order to me:
Your order would be delivered through courier services at your home address.
Confirmation of order placed successfully:
You will receive a confirmation by email or/and text message from Shopbuycart. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
