Placing an order:
Making Order at Shopbuycart is very easy. To Place your first order at Shopbuycart Just select the items you want to buy, enter your shipping address and payment information and we book your order.

Placing bulk order
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@Shopbuycart with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
Delivery of my order to me:
Your order would be delivered through courier services at your home address.
Confirmation of order placed successfully:
You will receive a confirmation by email or/and text message from Shopbuycart. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
An alternate way to make order
You can make orders over phone also. The possible payment mode for these orders is Cash On Delivery only. If any doubt consult payment section link.
This way is also helpful in case your debit/credit card isn’t working we can always take your order over phone.
Tracking the status of order placed
Your order status is updated to you via emails or/and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Cancellation of order:
If you want to cancel your order, contact with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and we refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Shopbuycart Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.
For certain product categories such as Furniture once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
Trial of the product I purchased:
We suggest you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Please note that all categories are not returnable.
In case you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too.
